Shipping Policy

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free US shipping for orders over $45. For all other orders please review shipping costs on the Checkout page. Costs will vary by size of order and your location.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will you ship my order?

We try our best to have all orders shipped out of our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of payment receipt.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is dispatched out of our fulfilment center they are shipped by USPS. The time it will take to receive your order depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

USPS First Class is generally delivered within 3 business days to US locations.

Shipping time begins after the package has been shipped.

Where do you ship to?

Our Broad Spectrum CBD oil is shipped within the United States, including Idaho, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, District of Columbia and Hawaii. We also ship to the United Kingdom.

Our Full Spectrum CBD oils are shipped within the United States only, except Idaho, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, District of Columbia and Hawaii.

Our CBD pre-rolls are shipped within the United States only, except Louisiana, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, Iowa, Idaho, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, District of Columbia and Hawaii. 

We are not responsible for customs and shipping in any Country other than the US. It is your responsibility to know the laws and customs in your Country and you take on the full risk of the purchase. We do not ship to Military Boxes.

What if I don’t receive my shipment?

Packages can get lost or delayed in the mail. We ship our orders via USPS, if you have yet to receive your order please contact USPS on 800-ASK-USPS. They will be able to assist you in locating your shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for packages left on your doorstep, lobby or be held responsible for any stolen packages.

Any package returned to us because it was unable to be delivered will not be re-sent until we have proof of a deliverable address.

Return Policy

We have a 30 day refund or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

My order is damaged how do I return it?

If your shipment arrives damaged our team can help. Please contact Customer Care on help@evefarms.com with a description of the damage and pictures or video. We'll handle the rest.

I’ve changed my mind, how do I return my purchase?

Email us at help@evefarms.com to let us know that you will be returning your unused, unopened product within 30 days of receiving your order and to request the return shipping address.

Once we receive your unused, unopened item, we will process your refund.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note we are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.
