CBD has been making headlines around the world.

We’ve answered the most common customer questions about CBD to help you along the way…
What is CBD?
CBD (also known as cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid compound found in the cannabis sativa plant. There are hundreds of cannabinoids found in cannabis sativa, but the two most common you’ll hear of are CBD and THC. Learn More >
Will CBD make me high?
Unlike THC which gives users a stoned feeling, CBD doesn’t exhibit any intoxicating effects. So, it can provide consumers with the potential healing and health benefits of the plant without the high.
Customers who have used our CBD pre-rolls have reported a more energized mind and body but without feeling stoned.
What are the benefits of using CBD?
CBD can be used to:,
Relieve stress and anxiety by helping with relaxation
Reduce sad, anxious feelings and lift mood
Soothe muscle soreness after exercise
Relieve minor aches and pains
Relieve discomfort caused by inflammation
Calm emotions and support inner peace
Promote mental alertness
As a non-toxic, natural alternative for other substances
Is CBD legal?
In 2018, the Farm Bill was introduced in the United States which legalized CBD that is derived from cannabis sativa also known as hemp. All compounds found within the cannabis sativa plant were also made legal for hemp produced within federal and state regulations. Plants must be cultivated by a licensed grower and in a manner which is consistent with the Farm Bill. THC derived from a hemp plant that has levels of less than 0.3% (by dry weight) is also legal under the Farm Bill.
All of our CBD products are Farm Bill complaint and therefore 100% federally legal throughout the United States.
Which of your CBD products are right for me?
CBD pre-roll joints and CBD oils are both great ways to consume CBD offering different experiences depending on your preference.
CBD oil is perfect for new CBD consumers because the dose is simple to measure in a dropper. It is also the best choice for consumers that want sugar free, gluten free and vegan products. CBD oil can be safely and discreetly ingested. You can take it by drops under the tongue, or add it to your favorite foods, smoothies and drinks. Our CBD oil is not designed to be vaporized. Taken sublingually (under the tongue), CBD effects may be noticed within 30-90 minutes, lasting on average for 4-6 hours.
CBD pre-roll joints offer customers the opportunity to consume CBD in its most natural form, flower, with absolutely no processing or added oils. CBD pre-rolls are one of the most effective methods of absorption because CBD enters your lungs and goes directly into your bloodstream. You'll typically feel the effects within 1-2 minutes, generally lasting an hour.
What is the entourage effect?
The entourage effect represents the interactive synergy between the compounds found in cannabis sativa and the compounds in the human body, working together to unlock the full benefits of the plant. There are numerous compounds found in cannabis sativa in the form of cannabionoids, terpenes, flavonoids, essential oils and fatty acids. Dr. Ethan Russo, a physician and board-certified neurologist has been instrumental in developing the current understanding of cannabinoids. He suggests each compound effects the other magnifying their benefit,
"Terpenoids (terpenes) alter the effects of the cannabinoids in a way that often is synergistic. Synergy is a boosting of effect. So, it would be the idea that 2 + 2, instead to equaling 4, it gives you an 8 in terms of the benefit.” The entourage effect also helps to explain why different cannabis sativa strains have different effects on the same individual as each strain has a unique compound profile.
I’ve seen CBD oil labelled as full spectrum, broad spectrum and CBD Isolate, what does this mean and what’s the difference?
These terms are used to define the type of CBD that is used in a product.
There are hundreds of cannabinoids like CBD found in the cannabis sativa plant and each affects the body differently. There are also numerous other compounds such as terpenes, flavonoids, essential oils and fatty acids.
Our Full Spectrum CBD Oil is extracted from the whole hemp plant using a safe, clean CO2 extraction method which conserves all naturally occurring compounds. Products which include all cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, essential oils and fatty acids are referred to as Full Spectrum. Full Spectrum products are associated with the ‘entourage effect’, the interactive synergy between these compounds and the compounds in the body working together to unlock the full benefits of the plant.
Full spectrum products having all compounds are believed to enhance the therapeutic benefit of the plant’s individual components. So simply put, when a product has CBD along with THC, terpenes and other naturally occurring cannabinoids, it’s considered to be more effective and beneficial vs. CBD by itself.
Similar to full spectrum products, broad spectrum products contain all the terpenes, flavonoids, essential oils and fatty acids found in the whole hemp plant. This includes all of the cannabinoids, except one - THC.
Our Broad Spectrum CBD Oil is created via a proprietary chemical free process reducing THC levels in our full spectrum CBD oil to less than 0.3% to non-detectable (delta-9) THC levels. So, our customers can receive the magnified benefits of the ‘entourage effect’ without any intoxicating effect.
CBD isolate is solely the CBD compound of the plant. All other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, essential oils and fatty acids have been removed.
Will CBD work for me?
This all depends on the individual. Each of our endocannabinoid systems are unique. Some people respond incredibly well to CBD products, while others respond gradually, and some people experience no noticeable difference.
The consumption method may also affect how a consumer will respond to a CBD product.
Always consult your health care professional about potential interactions and other possible complications before using any product.
Do you test your products?
All of our products are third party lab tested ensuring quality and purity for our customers. We have them tested for potency, pesticides, microbial impurities, moisture, residual solvents and chemicals, heavy metals, and mycotoxins.
Our CBD oils are ISO lab reviewed multiple times. They are lab tested after hemp extraction and again after being formulated into finished product.
We also invest in researching the healing and therapeutic benefits of our CBD. We partner with notable industry leaders to undertake cannabis sativa research and support clinical trial programs.
